Design Week Turkey

2019 I was invited as an artist to Istanbul, Turkey. During the first four days, I was given the opportunity to collect as many impressions of the city as possible and create collages out of the motives. Then they would be exhibited during 'Design Week Turkey19' from the 14th – 17th of November.

I managed to Collect about 28 Motives from which I´ve chosen 11 for the exhibition. The Subjects show the broad vatiety of Istanbul in architecture and colors . They are arranged to show the impression of the different day times.
 

Beginning at morning going through the day until baby blue sky and the magic colors of the sundown. To when evening gray is taking over and the shadows start taking over their opposites and until darkness spreads over night. On the last day of Design Week Turkey'19 I even got the opportunity to speak at a panel about my artwork.
