In 2019 an Bernd Transberger, an artist in residence during the "Steirischer Herbst" in Graz, came to me and asked me if I could help him out with a movie project. He was researching the italian architecture collective Superstudio and for his "Steirischer Herbst" project he wanted to make a small documentary about the collective.
His idea was to take his entire correspondance, in which Adolfo Natalini and Christiano Toraldo di Francia, told the Superstudio story. The concept was to work with the original pictures and sketches from the Universal Museum Joanneum archives. The story is been told by the "young selves" of the superstudio members.
In which they talk about their legacy, the continuous monument and how they found to Graz during the Trigon69 at the Neue Galerie. I helped cast the actors and bring together the Film crew, which was non other than Henx Studio, whom I trusted to be up for the task. It needed special camera skills, which I knew they had, since the concept was to shoot the entire documentary in one take and to cut as little as possible.
